I was born and raised in S. FLorida. I have worked at a Tenet hospital, a Memorial hospital, and at Jackson (main campus), and an HCA facility in Northe Florida. Yes, it truely depends on your experience on the specific unit. But Tenet and HCA, are backbreaking facilities. And its usually across the boards-from ER to OB to OR to PACU to M/S. The one comment was true; FL is on the low paying side, especially the less populated areas, and the cost of living is ridiculous!!! That's y I started traveling, lol!!!

I am currently in Los Angeles, on a travel assignment. I wanted to know if anyone has heard of a company named Nightingale Nurses. They are based in FL. I am trying to get an assignment back to FL, and I know they have a reputation of being cheap lol. Any guidance on which company I can contact?
