  1. Hopefully I will eventually be able to apply for such an exciting program. Thanks for the info.
  2. There are a lot of different style of rounds. I have seen an interdisciplinary approach, where MD/social/OT/RN(charge nurse)/PT meet to discuss patients progress, any emerging issues, plans for making sure patients have supports before discharge. I've also seen a medical rounding model which you described. Unfortunately I don't have any 'materials' for either.
  3. To many to choose from. So many areas of practice, research and education that fascinate me, part of why I started Nursing Ideas. If I had to choose one area of practice, I think I might say Multi-Organ Transplant, but that is my experience bias. I would love to try a critical care in adult or peds some day.
