  1. What section is everyone in? I'm in 8!!
  2. Thank you! I'm really excited/nervous about starting:yeah:
  3. I read in another thread that its a "lottery" system, so we all get a random number. Then, the people who got 1, 2, 3, etc. go first to register. And which hospital we will have our clinicals at depends on our location. Like if you live closer to St. Joes you will go there. Closer to Silver Cross you will go there. That could be outdated though..... Has anyone gotten their physical and tests and shots and everything yet? I need to set an appointment with my Dr. but not clear on what exactly I should be setting it for. Thanks!
  4. Hello everyone! I have just been accepted into the Spring 2010 Nursing program at JJC. I would really like to get a head start on any reading/emotional preparation/time management possible. Also, it couldn't hurt to get some insight from previous nursing students. If anyone has some advice please let me know!! I would truly appreciate it.:yeah:The other threads have been very helpful. Thanks!! *jacks*
  5. This was my first time going through the full application process. I'm a transfer student and when I applied last semester JJC had not evaluated my transcript in time for me to be considered. It sounds like after your classes are complete this semester you should have no trouble getting in. I've heard St.Francis is great though, so good luck if you decide to go there instead!
  6. Yea I'm sure next semester you'll get in. Maybe try to work on the reading teas score? It counts for 20% of the acceptance criteria. The teas brand study guide really helped me. Did you use it at all?
  7. Does anyone know what time the day program starts/ends?
