And that school would be.....? I am considering the new FNP program at Walden.

I am considering the FNP program, but am really scared that I won't be able to get a job because of the reputation of this school. I have tried to do some research on Walden but only get "really really" bad and "okay" reviews. Have any of you heard good things from the school and/or what made you decide to pursue this program?

Hello, I am thinking about attending a school for FNP that might possibly be considered a online school that might possibly be considered a "dipolma mill" to some. My question is in your experience as a praticing NP did the question of which school you attended arise in interviews? Or is certification a equalizer? Just to be clear does the school attented for NP really matter to an employer if you ARE certified?

Goopsy, Yeah THR sounds pretty awesome for including spouses too, but I love my Baylor. However, I do know it's pretty hard to get in the door as far as employment goes. You pretty much have to "know someone" to get hired quickly. Are u leaning towards the fast track instead of the 2 yr program? Which hospital do you wanna be placed at if you pick the fast track?

Yeah when I called on yesterday, they told me letters had not been sent out yet. The only class I had left to take was Concepts, which I am taking now @ UTA; because I was already a UTA student and was also taking regular business classes on campus. I have not received anything at all from the academic partnership.

Hi, I am an employee at Baylor Dallas, and I was wondering if anyone has heard anything from UTA about the BSN academic partnership program that officially starts Jan.10, 2010 (the nursing classes not prerequisites). I am also just curious to talk to others who applied.

I didn't get in either, and I had 30.35 points
