   When I got my physical for the LVN program here in Texas, I didnt have insurance either. It cost $35 for the physical, and they took blood, urine, and a TB test, which was still minimal....I think the blood draw was $25, which they billed me for lat...

   Took pedi & ob in 2ns semester and in my experience it was a breeze, mainly because the primary academic focus was on Med-Surg....there was lesser emphasis on pedi & ob, and the instructors made it pretty easy......
