  1. Also, I don't think I have medi-cal insurance anymore..not sure. Any suggestions?
  2. I'd have to look at home! If you don't get in, apply during spring!
  3. What color stethoscope sounds best with a dark green/hunter green scrub? I feel like Black is what everyone's going to get. And Some colors just clash. Black Burgundy Navy Blue Hunter Green Caribbean Blue Gray Ceil Blue Purple Raspberry Orange Seafoam green
  4. I was not expecting to be accepted but I finally was my senior year I just decided to apply once again and I'm so glad I did! I'm so happy, yet a bit nervous (I hope that's normal). I also got accepted to San Jose state. Sac State was my number one, though, and I'm already a student and so I know where I'm going. All this being rejected 3 times before already. I still can't believe it :) Congrats to everyone else!
  5. Does anyone attend/planning to attend West Coast Univ. in California? I don't know much about this school and their BSN program is new. They said that they have no waiting lists and that it is easier to get in than most of the nursing schools in CA. Is it a legit, accredited program with transferable classes and can you get a good (or any) nursing job afterwards? Kind of Simple questions but I just never heard of this Univ. until this semester. I guess I'm suspicious of any program in CA that has no waiting lists, etc.
  6. Oh and sorry, about 60-65 seats would probably be available
  7. So Sac State closed application for transfers and new students coming into the Nursing program for Spring 2010. Usually over 300 people apply for Spring (In Spring 08, 321 applied and the point cut off was 74; Fall 09 -- 387 people applied with point cut off of 79). This Spring only continuing students can apply..I'm guesstimating about 120 people? Anyway with a much less number of people applying (again I'm just estimating 120), what would one expect to be the probable point cut off? Just a guess please!!!!! Thanks so much. 350 vs 120, much better chance--I hope. Good luck to everyone.
