  1. RETAKE RN test after 11 years-what are the requirements

    Hi Everyone, I have been reaching out to ask about the chances of RETAKING the NCLEX-RN for the 13th time since I took my first one 2004 ,my last test was on March 2013- or my last hurrah prior to turning 60, I'd like to try it one more time. How do I go about it. I am a Registered Nurse from the Philippines, took both LVN and RN Test in 2004 , I passed the LVN but failed the RN, I have been taking it since then, had been in 6 Review Centers all over California meanwhile as LVN took training as MDS, DSD, Wound & Ostomy Nurse Cert & Training, IP Cert & Training,Got Certified also as Quality Assurance Improvement Nurse. Please Help. Thank you and Totally appreciate the input
