  1. Hey everyone. First time writing on here. I will be in the second-degree cohort this Summer. I've been reading some of the questions that everyone has had on here and thought I could be of some help. I've lived in Jax for 10 years mostly at the beach. I am actually a licensed real estate broker associate and have a pretty good pulse on all of the areas to live around town. If any of you are still looking for a place to live, I can definitely provide you with some information. First, I will actually have a place to rent starting in July. It's a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse in Jacksonville Beach. I'm asking $1,100 per month (pricey I know) but it's 5 blocks from the ocean. It's a great neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and study by the ocean and then ride your bike to all the popular beaches restaurants afterwards. My wife and I lived there for 3 years and loved it, we just had to move to get into something bigger. Great place to live. Second, if the beach is too far or out of budget, I have access to MLS listings all around town and would be more than happy to work with any of you who are new in town that are looking for places to live free of charge. Please don't hesitate to call me at 904.219.6734 or email me at [email protected] if you would like more information. I look forward to meeting all of you on Thursday and am very anxious to get rolling.
