I have never used risk for as a primary without getting a lot of red pen back in response I think out of the choices you were given though I would select risk for infection as the priority. I'm not sure I'll look into that and post again if I find anything :)
I always found that it made a difference to my nurse for thanking them when they helped me and at the end of the shift. Also I found that Thank You cards are great for the end of the rotation. Even if I didn't feel I was welcomed very warmly, I always learn so much from my clinical rotations and my nurse makes that possible for me. :)
It may be helpful to you if you make flashcards (not a lot) with each system assessment and I divide it up into one for normal findings and one for abnormal findings and what they mean (nursing implications). Once you have created the cards it only takes moments a day to flip through them. If you want to check progress you can always mark on the ones you get right and the ones with less marks will start to fill up the more you do it. Having visible progress is always a confidence booster :) NCLEX review books are good but after my first semester I really didn't find them that helpful because there is a large percentage you still don't know. I hope this was helpful to you.
