  1. I just graduated in May of 1999 with an ADN. I am 40, female, and retired from the Air Force. I work on a very busy, and understaffed Med/surg, oncology floor (41 beds.) It can get crazy, and because so much of health care is controlled by money, it can be frustrating at times. Your committment to nursing is inside you. YOU make YOUR nursing experience.
