    I don't think so. The fee is non-refundable. My suggestion, just give the slot to someone else by way of "selling" it to a close friend of yours who wants to have a training. That way, you could retrieve your money same time as helping one soul. :)

  10. I don't think it's possible now. Payment thru money order at present is only applicable if you are dealing with Asian countries. It's better if you have for yourself a credit card. It's much easier and more convenient to use.
