Literally cried in front of the person interviewing me
got an interview in a small nsg facility.. I told her all the great things that I can think about myself.. just to get the job.. told her that Im going to work extra hard etc.. etc.. but still she said no.. [why set an interview in the first place if you're just going to say NO right??] so anyway, she said that being a new grad.. NO ONE WILL BE INTERESTED in hiring me.. [i think she's right because i did everything that i can..but still no luck] so i ended up crying and pleading.. told her, how will i ever get an exp. if she's not even going to give me a chance.. if NO ONE's willing to give me a break! then she said that's just how it is.. it's too expensive to train new grads.. you're like a baby.. you don't know anything.. so why should i hire new grads if i can get a nurse with a long list of exp. plus nurses with exp. also needs this job.. it's a tough market.. and so.. with all that pleading and crying.. still went home heartbroken.. still no job.. so heartbreaking.. now im beginning to question why i took this course in the first place..people tend to be so mean sometimes.. I want to be a nurse.. but.. with everything that has happened to me.. very discouraging
