i listed my clients weaknesses in one paragraph and strengths in a separate paragraph. For example one of her weaknesses is isolation leading to depression so for needs I said increased socialization and treatment for depression. Hope that helps...

Are you guys referring to you interview subject as "patient" in your care plans? This is awkward because she isn't a sick, hospitalized patient! Also are we supposed to have citations in our care plans? How would we do that?

I haven't started the care plans yet and I'm on page 6 so I'm with you, it's going to be way too long! I have the old textbook and there is no actual "Brief Assessment of Spiritual Resources and Concerns" can someone tell me who the author of that is ? Is it an actual scored tool?

Has anyone started the week 4 paper, I feel completely lost. I discussed the results of all those assessment tools on the last paper. Do they want the actual too, scanned and included? Other than the poem I have no new information to write 500+ words about-help!!

For week 2 do you think the title of the paper is Tuesdays with Morrie? Is that also supposed to be the running head?

That's so funny, I always think my DB are so long too, and then when I post them they look really short!

Looking ahead to week 5 it says to read chapters 8,9 and 11. I have the old book. Does anyone know what cultures those are?

Anyone get points taken off their DB citation for not including the DOI? I had to laugh because if the reference has one I include it and if it doesn't I don't. It's that simple, am I supposed to make it up?

Ugh, I guess I will do it. I have been doing citations and refrences.I just think all the other stuff should be for an essay or paper not for a couple of paragraphs!

For week 2 my TA wrote a big thing about how minimal points had been taken off so far for turning assignments in that were not in APA format. She went on to describe APA format ...title page, running head etc..then said everything must be turned in this way. I'm getting ready to submit wk2 3-4 para assignment. Do you think they really want a title, intro, running header etc.. For these little things? Are you all doing that? It seems like overkill!
