  1. I would check to see if your CPR has to be within the 30 days. When I was accepted last year for Spring 2009 my CPR card was over a year old and they accepted it. I just had to make sure that I when I renewed it I brought them a copy. Below is a link to the place that I did my last renewal. http://www.healtheducationstrategies.com/index.html PS... CONGRATS!!! Enjoy your time between now and the start of the program. If you want to start study now you should make sure you know your medical math forward and backwards.
  2. Schduling is done by lottery. Everyone puts their name in a bucket. They draw one name at a time and you go up and sign up for what is open. If you one of the first 50 people called you usually get what you want. My first semster went like this 1st 7.5 weeks Mondays 3-5 Thursdays 8-5 Fridays 8-1 Saturday 8-12 2nd 7.5 weeks Monday 7-1 and 3-5 Tuesdays 7-1 Thursdays 3-5 I'm going into my second semester and at the lottery for fall there were about 20-30 more people than they expected. So the last 20-30 people did not know they schedule until the end of last month and there are a few still waiting to hear where they will be next week. You just never know what your schedule will be and it can change at any time. Good lucK!!!
