NCLEX Kaplan Practice Scores
Pearson Vue Trick: https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/pearsonvue-trick-does-621075.html More info: https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/pearson-vue-trick-665039.html It is amazing how many people respond to that second forum thread with "what is this trick?" I just it didn't seem that hard to just type it in the search or better yet, read the thread, instead of going to the last page and just asking again for the 50th time.

NCLEX Kaplan Practice Scores
My Kaplan scores were as follows: Diagnostic: 66 QT1: 61 QT2: 59 QT3: 56 QT4: 66 QT5: 72 QT6: 71 QT7: 66 Readiness: 66 QBank: 100% done with 68% average. I took the exam at 2pm June 21st. The test shut off in 75 questions and I was done in just over 1 hour. Two hours later I did the Pearson Vue pop-up trick and got the good pop-up. I checked again about 5 hours later and the next morning and still got the good popup. 48 hours after my test I paid my $8 and got the "Grade: Pass" Good luck everyone.

Medical Japanese?
Hiya, So a 'hot topic' in class lately has been taking medical Spanish courses to beef up your resume. I've never taken a single Spanish class (2 years of French in High school as well as another probably 2.5 years of Japanese throughout late high school and early first college experience) and I have zero desire to start Spanish now (YEAH YEAH I KNOW, IT'S A POPULAR LANGUAGE). Anyway, Does anyone know of any medical Japanese courses? As I have more background with that language it seems to me that I would be better off following that course and I would get more enjoyment out of it. I live in Denver, CO but I would be willing to commute to the nearby larger cities if need be... Thanks ahead!

Platt College BSN Grads?
I just went to Platt and passed their entrance exam. From what I understood at their information meeting it would be about $27,000 a year if you didn't have any of the classes done (they take transfer credits and since I have a bachelor's already I wouldn't have to take the same classes over). They broke it down also saying that they are about $330 a credit while UCD is about $500 and Regis is about $900. Now as the price goes up, the length of the program goes down. Anyway, my real question about this school is about it's accredidation. From what I understand, it is basically worthless to go to a school that isn't nationall accredited. Why bother getting something regional or by state if you plan on movie ever? Is that correct???? It appears that Platt is ACCSCT accredited, but what does that really mean? Is that national?

Math and the TEAS
I know there are a number of posts regarding the TEAS test already on this site, but I want to ask something a little more specific. I have always disliked and feared math with a passion that burns with the heat of many suns. I would rather stab myself, quite literally, than sit down and do math. For the last two days I have been going over a number of books I checked out as well as the questions on this site: http://www.testprepreview.com/teas_practice.htm It is hell. Somewhere between the bouts of uncontrollable sobbing and self-loathing, I've managed to remember a few things from back in the day, but I'm really struggling with most of it.:crying2::crying2: If anyone would be willing to look at this website http://www.testprepreview.com/teas_practice.htm and tell me which questions or sets of questions best describe what you saw on the TEAS test, I would be forever indebted and I will even mail you cookies for goodness sake. I'm so overwhelmed and angry at myself that I can hardly focus and I feel that if I had a set type of questions to really review I might have a better time of it. Any other TEAS test math-related tips, tricks, hints, help would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you ahead of time, I'm starting to go bald from all the hair I'm pulling out. Adrienne
