  1. Companisbiki--- we are in a similar situation! I want to go to med school-, I plan on taking pre reqs spring semester... Mcat wouldn't be for a year at the earliest since I have a lot of classes toget through. Let's talk- I "friended" you but can't figure out how to pm you or anything else. Good luck and follow your heart
  2. Hi BA Antro, I'm in a similar situation you are in; I graudated with a B.S. in Community Health, and am now looking to complete an accelerated nursing program to get my B.S.N. to work as a nurse... I want to work abroad as well, I love to travel, no matter the destination (over seas preferably) Have you found any info out about working abroad as a nurse in Switzerland/anywhere? I'm assuming it'd be in an international organization like the Red Cross as you mentioned. Any info you've happened to wander across would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much and hope you're well on your way!
  3. Hi, I didn't end up taking the class with them so don't have any info to offer you.. there's some info from other people scattered about though Good luck
  4. This place seems shady, but it sounds legit from these responses. I want to take the cna course here for the same reasons as above though...need this asap, it's easy to get registered, etc. Did anyone have regrets taking it here? (nurse to be 35?) It's expensive, that's for sure, but if you're in a time crunch it will do. I could wait for the next COD CNA course to start, but heard theirs is a waste of time (and a lot longer!) Any warnings for the career center of chicago? Thank you.
