  1. maybe you would be kind enough to educate me on what was negative about what i expressed with regard to, "the value received herein." i was trying to make a point that it is not the web site that makes me better- is that negative? please help me understand what you perceive as negative about what i've expressed so that i may learn what you mean because i am confused to say the least.
  2. of course there would be choice without this web site, this is not the only place to get information. choice existed long before this web site did, so whether or not this site exists, choice always will. you have to be proactive on your own behalf to get better information, ask for help, or find a mentor. i have found all of those, long before this site existed. just because someone answers "no" to a question one should not assume it implies a negative connotation. mine is an honest response, not a negative one.
  3. The site does not make me a better nurse. It's the decision to apply the information I've learned to my practice that makes me a better nurse, and of course, learning from my mistakes. This is a wonderful resource; however, if one reads it and chooses not to apply it, then it hasn't done anything except "pass along" information. Choice makes one a better nurse, not web sites.
