  1. Hello, I would like to know if someone knows if everyone that applied to the traditional nursing program at NVCC got accepted? I mostly see threads from people that got accepted but not from anyone that wasn't. I would like to know for the people that did not get accepted if it was because of their GPA or because a low grade on their pre req classes. And for the ones that got accepted, I would like to know if they have all As on their pre req class or they got in with a C on any of the classes. I will really appreciate any comments or help from anyone, I have been trying desperataly to get some help from the Counseling office but as always, the don't "know" anything. Thank you so much to everyone in advance :)
  2. Congratulations on your acceptance to the nursing program! I have a question for you or anyone that got accepted this Fall 09. Did you have a high grade on the pre req classes? I have been asking this to many people including the counseling dep (which they are not very helpful) and I don't seem to get an answer. My problem is that I barely passed A&p I, II and Micro with a C. My overall GPA is very good, I am trying to obtain my AA in order to transfer to Mason to obtain my BS. I would love to be a nurse, but I would refuse to retake those classes again. Do they look on the overall GPA or only on the pre req classes? I will appreciate an answer from anyone! :)
