Question to all that have been accepted/interviewed... How important is experience? I have my interview coming up and I dont really have much health care experience (besides a few volunteering jobs) since I am going straight from graduate school? Do they place heavy emphasis on that? I am kind of worried about that... Thanks so much!

Hi..I have my interview with Rush coming up for Winter '10 so I was wondering if anyone can please tell me what the interview was like (what kinds of questions) and what I can look forward to.
