  1. I start my CNA classes on Monday. Im nervous, but I know I'll do well, it really cant be that hard. I know a lot of people that have gone thru the class, so I know it will be a lot of work, but definately worth it in the end.
  2. I dont start my CNA toll July 27. Its a little ways away, but I am really excited. I know a lot of people who went thru the program, so I know where to get help if needed. I am pretty sure I will need red scrubs, but I wont find out till the first day either. RIGHT after I get done with my CNA classes, I have to move 3 hours away to attend school to get my LPN, which starts on Aug 24. I am freaking out cuz of the short time, but I hope all goes well. Ive already registered for my classes for my LPN, so I need to pass my CNA class....so much pressure haha!
  3. I just got done registering for my A.A.S. in PN and I am so excited....but extremely nervous! For my first sememster I am taking Anatomy and Pysiology (however you spell it), Pre-College Algebra, Microbiology, Ethics, and one other I think, for a total of 16 credits my first semester. It is going to be very hard I'm sure, but I am really excited! I plan on working part time while in school as a CNA. I start on Aug 24th and hopefully will only be going for 3 semesters....I have some transfer credits, so hopefully I will be done after fall 2010. Good luck to all you guys! A new beginning!
  4. I am a planner...I need to plan or else i get way too impatient. I am currently getting my CNA, will go to school this fall to get my LPN and maybe, in the next couple years, after I gain some experience, I will go for my RN. There are many ways to go about this, you just have to find the path thats right for you!
  5. I am currently going to school for my CNA, will be going to school again this fall for my LPN and after that, will want to get my RN....I know there are many programs available for LPN to RN...Im just wondering how long that takes. Is it a two year program? Any info would be great! Thanks!
  6. You rock! I start my CNA classes soon, and this will definately give me a headstart on it! I can now go into the class, knowing more than everyone else. Thank you!
  7. I start my cna classes on july 27th and it ends august 18th. I really hope i get to take my exam right after, because I have to move 3 hours away to go to school for my LPN. I have a few friends that are CNA's and I am definately going to pick their brains for information throughout the course...I really want to do a good job....Good luck to all those starting their classes soon!
  8. Where is a good place to buy scrubs online and does it matter what kind they are or does it differ from place to place? Like LTC facilities and hospitals as an example.
  9. Hello all, I am wondering what the job state was like in NH for nurses relocating to the area, and also what the average salaray is for a LPN or RN? Also, I was wondering how difficult it would be to get a job at the hospital in Nashua, NH...I cant remember the name of the hospital. Thanks for looking!
  10. Yeah, I think that is crazy expensive...I paid around $600 for both the class and books....
  11. I am hoping to start school this August in an LPN program in northern MN....I am very nervous. I kinda just want to know what to expect from you all that have been through it...I want to know everything haha!
