  1. I just checked my email and I also got accepted for Davie Campus! I’m so happy!
  2. Can you please send me the review as well..my email is [email protected]. Thank you so much!!
  3. If anyone needs the Fundamentals of Nursing Study Guide and Skills Performance Checklists I am selling my brand new for $ 15 and Fundamentals of Nursing Textbook Like New $60 (it just has my last name of the side of the book). Message me if interested
  4. They do accept the BLS from nursing unlimited, I did mine with them and had no problems when I turned it in. And the same goes for ceufast.com I did all of my CEUS through them and just matched up the courses to those that were required and also no problems when I turned them in
  5. I am currently in the program at North and I started in May and I was one of the lucky ones to get pass process I and am in process II. Like other people have told you it is hard work and requires alot of studying. For those of you going to North make sure to do the objectives and pay attention in lecture and by combining your reading objectives and lecture notes you will do fine. It can seem overwhelming b/c you have lecture, clinical, math(for 2 weeks), and pharm but it is doable as long as you put the work in. At north we started with around 80 ppl in process I and only about 20 made to process 2. In regards to registration, everyone has the same regristation date and time so if you want to be at a certain campus make sure you are up early on registration day because it fills up quickly. After orientation each campus will email the schedule for their campus and the class id # that you need to select for their campus. Hope this helps
  6. If you are going to north campus you do not have to wear your scrubs the first day..If you go to professor brickman's website http://webhome.broward.edu/~gbrickma/calendars.htm & read the welcome letter it states we do not have to wear them until may 17
  7. All of the books I have bought thus far are paperback
  8. Yep, I did all of my CEUs that are on the list on ceufast.com last week
  9. I just calledthe nursing department at North this morning and they said we can use the list that is currently on the website to buy books and that there are not going to change before classes start.
  10. What other link did you find with the updated editions? The only I have found was this one..http://webhome.broward.edu/~gbrickma/Calendars/Nursing%20Program%20BOOKLIST%20AY%202010%202011-North.pdf... I also don't want to waste money
  11. Im going to North. Which day did you take Math? Im going to be taking it on Friday
  12. I will be there also! I got my book in the mail today. And the thing I like about them the price includes the book unlike at Broward where you have to pay to take the class and pay an additional fee for the book at the bookstoe
  13. So you bought everything on the list for NUR 1020 and NUR 1210 except Pharm and Math? Im just trying to figure out which books to buy
  14. I was also a bit upset when I saw that we won't have orientation until the week of classes
  15. Also if anyone needs to take a BLS class, Nursing Unlimited has a class this Friday at Plantation General Hospital and the class cost $90 and they will give you an additional 10% off for being a student..You can give them a call if interested in taking the class 305-651-1431
