Does anyone know where to get another name badge? My mom lost my name tag (she didnt know it was in the bag with the emblems she was sewing on) Anyway I thought maybe I could order from Staples but I dont know the dimensions, exact color......also I know it had my name, and then either student nurse or nursing student, regis college,...but not sure what to do about getting a new one fast. Thanks for any help desperate :)

If it helps, Im in the Boston area....and without offending anyone, we ARE very interested in salaries (actually for my daughter's benefit) especially because my son, who recently graduated from NEU, has over 100k in loans (5 yr school) and he works as an accountant(not CPA) and is not making nearly enough to pay off his loans anytime soon. HI, I called Regis and they said you didnt have to buy the nursemates, you could go with any white shoe that is not a sandal or clog. After reading alot of posts, it seems that folks like the naots, birkenstocks, and dansko. Out of the three I read NO posts that had a downside for the naots.....any opinions? After all, you've got to be good to your feet as a nurse. Mae

MDP, thanks so much, I think this will truly help prospective students looking to fulfill that one prerequisite.... Maybe I should have said under 200.00 per credit....seems it's coming to that... But, whatever, ANY help in that regard would be much appreciated :) mae p.s. when I said"cheap"...don't misconstrue, I just really meant "inexpensive" ....something that I know is a huge factor for some of us who are counting pennies.

After speaking with many students on this issue, maybe we can list all the schools that are accredited and have online courses for under...say...150.00 per credit? Thanks :)

Thanks afox, local cc's are filled , at least the ones with no prereq. but i am working with a prof at lsc, Lake Superior College, she has an online course that is full but she will waitlist me and is confident i will get in...and the college is considering opening an additional one, in case anyone is looking for one. The recommend but don;t require prereq.... thanks again :) mae

Thanks mdp, but they don't offer the human growth one. The course has to span the time from birth to death....thanks anyway though, it seems like a great deal for most ppl. and not hugely expensive.

Thanks sand dollar...I forgot to mention that I really need the human growth, or developmental psychology that doesnt have a prerequisite of basic psychology, (Im starting NP proggy in the fall and need it fast) and i tell ya, there just isnt any out there that arent already full. i DID check the CLEP test practice but that looks iffy for me. I have been looking everywhere for "statistics" and "human growth & Development" OR Developmental psych. ...something that runs the whole life span.... for summer I 2009... Ive tried Clovis, and a few others and am getting desperate Anyone know of any? Thanks Mary
