  14. thanks well i currently go to csula so its quarter system theres fall, winter, and spring and they are all 10 weeks long 11 including finals week a regular year usually starts sept 20 and end june 12 or around that to be full time u need to have 12 quarter units and the classes for the first quarter of the nursing program are 2 quarter units 3 quarter units it varies so it would have to add to 12 to be full time i suppose and yes you might have to take classes in the summer because you have never attended csula before so you have to take the graduation requirements which is taking 3 upper division classes under a certain theme also taking the introduction hhs 301 i guess and if you still have to complete any of your g.e's so in order to make up your going to probably have to take summer school to finish those requirements the program is three years long so if you start fall 2009 you will finish june 2012 and graduate in June and then take your Nclex-rn some time in late june or july hope this helps
  15. when did you get the call because i have been trying to get into the fall but i got accepted to spring was it this week ?
  16. oh okay i was just wondering because for spring applicants its sept 29 the orientation it said on the sheet where you get accepted so fall doesnt yet have a set date for orientation?
  17. well u can try the dorms i lived in the dorms my sophmore year and i payed about 450 a month for rent, but shared a bedroom and their was four girls in my dorm so it was two bedroom it has a kitchen just like a typical apartment btw when is orientation for the fall im just curious because i got accepted to spring
  18. when is orientation for the people who got accepted for fall 2009?
  19. yes by june 4th so hopefully someone declines the acceptance and you should be hearing within the next week also if people drop during the summer there is still a chance for you to get in so hopefully cross fingers!
  20. i received my acceptance letter yesterday whoop whoop!!!!!so excited and happy!!!!!!:):):)
  21. omg ! ok talie so i did what you said and emailed and got some positive feedback! They are waiting on two people responses and if one of them denies csula then im next to get accepted to the fall, but if not im for sure accepted into spring :). Im crossing my fingers and hoping i can start in the fall i will know by wednesday and she said spring acceptance letters go out next week! I cried thats how happpy i was! hopefully you get accepted too!
  22. talie, btw you know how you sent me the email and stuff for some reason it got deleted dont know why but i still got it in my email i got the email and it finsihed when you said just say you went to the office....
  23. talie, well thats what she told me they said in her letter man im scared i want to know already ichic, well congrats nursing is the way to go
  24. ichic so will you be going to csula or waiting for somewhere else
  25. hey talie well one of my friends had really high gpa and prereq score like 3.7-3.9 but got rejected because of her science teas score which was too low she scored a 40 percentile rank in science. As for my other friend she got rejected on tuesday because her overall gpa was not competetive enough for the program compared to the other applicants and her gpa was a 3.3. Who did you email to get this information can i do that also? Because when i went today they just told me you are still being reviewed i was oh ok! Well if i dont get accepted to the ones i have left pasadena or pierce or csula then i have a for sure acceptance for fall 2009 at cerritos so i would be going there even though it 20 miles away:(, if that is the case i will probably go there my first semseter and transfer out my second semester to another nursing program close to my house if i get accepted for the spring for nursing transfer students i would just finsih were i left off/ BUt whatever happens is mean to be, im trying to stay optimistic and hopefully i will get accepted to where im supposed to be.
