  1. If you have experience as an INP for Medi-Cal would you please explain the process of application and placement with patients? Is anyone familiar with getting referrals from the Regional Center for patient care? THANKS!!!!
  2. Big Lots has really cute scrubs for $14 pair or $7 top or bottom. A couple coworkers have recently stocked up. Have fun and don't stress. Remember it takes 6 months to learn a new job!
  3. LOL, This makes me laugh and I need a good laugh! I had a patient with a dog once too but the family was always there. IMO, a service dog is an extension of the patient so should be included in the care. I would ask a NA to do it or call a volunteer.
  4. Passed away is culturally acceptable in most cases.
  5. A Nurse Christmas ornament or name tag for her stethescope.
  6. Congrats on your completion of your program! It took me 6 weeks but that was a glitch. Should be any day~!
  7. Just wondering where you are working. I would like to transition into case management but remain in pediatrics as well! Do you work in a hospital setting?
