  1. I am in the part-time prog, entering 3rd sem RN in the fall, I am married w 2kids one of which has special needs, I work 3 12hr shifts at UMC. It is hard, but doable. Just remember that you can sleep when you graduate lol
  2. Just wanted to say good luck to you all. I am in 1st semester right now week 6 and it is a lot of work just to stay afloat. Take it 2 weeks at a time lol. Study as much as possible between all the quizzes tests assignments and papers you will be busy. Your 1st d&c test is the 3rd ace (third week of school) we lost 2 people to it. Also, I heard today that the orientation is nov 12th or 19th I think for new students from 8am-4pm be prepared it is ALL day with few breaks.
  3. ya you get a small break here and there but for the most part you cant really leave and if it goes how it did last semester then u get a number and will get your assigned schedule for the semester so be prepared they had preset schedules on the wall (part time and full) and u wrote down #'s and when ur # was called u picked from what was available so u want a low number!
