I haven't heard anything about that place but good luck!!! All I've been hearing is about 2nd interviews with Harris county... Hoping i hear from them soon

Thanks trill...and yes please share the grocery store incident, we all need some inspiration at this point. And yes, although it seems difficult we must accept things for what they are and know that god will guide us and he has a plan for us. I completely understand that it is difficult because there are days when I wake up in a panic because I don't have a job and other days when I just trust in him...it's really hard to remind yourself that we must trust in him at all time. Also, Trill, good luck on your interview and please share your experience....=)

I heard that people are starting to get emails from HCHD for the selection of second interviews....has anyone received any yet? I heard that they were only told they were selected but they haven't made any specific time and date appointments...

Princess_WannaBe..... do you what month of the year...I would definitely hold out for them but can't wait until december!!! I really would like something in August.... I don't mind having the whole summer off-lol

Shtizu9....have you and your friend graduated already and do you both have your liscences? I heard MDA was only interviewing people with those 2 requirements??? Please let me know if this is true!

Trill....do u know how many people out of the 500 HCHD is interviewing...I know several ppl who got interviews, but don't know how many more they will see...

They are NOT going to interview all 500 applicants, nobody does that. They told me that for the last internship there were 400 applicants, 150 selected for interview 1 and 75 were called back for interview 2...only 48 were hired. I'm sure they are going to do the same process, also, interview notifications were through e-mail and you have to call to set one up.

My classmates are interviewing for the GN position with HR at LBJ. I'm pretty sure they have to get started early...

I know three people from my class that have interviews for HCHD at LBJ on thursday....guess they already went through the applications. ...no rumors...this is serious!

I knew a couple of interns who graduated in december and most of them have jobs already so don't worry you'll do great..let us know how it goes.

shihtzu9, are you one of the 29 being interviewed?...if you are good luck, i hear it's a great place to work..I applied but they said they only want ppl who already graduated and have their license .....so you are in a good position. :)

hey guys....is every really anxious like i am for the orientation??? i can't wait. I was wondering if anyone knew if we had to pay for our summer classes imediately at orientation....or will they give us some time. also do ya'll think they have limited spaces for those classes? does anyone know how many people got accepted into the bsn program for the fall?

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone new what the summer classes schedule was going to look like. Like will we be there 1 day out of the week all day or twice a week half a day?, just asking if anyone new about it. ... i'm super excited about though, can't wait until we start, ---just to be clear according to lilray we only need to take notes, we dont need a book right?
