Alamance Regional Medical Center New RN Grad Program
Hi, I met nurse recruiters from these programs at a school event yesterday. The recruiter for Alamance said that they won't be posting any new graduate positions until January. I did not hear the recruiter from High Point say when they would post. She did hand out materials about their orientation program, including the fact that you will need to repay them for your training if you stay less than 36 months.

Alamance Community College Fall 2009
Thanks for your reply and congratulations! I also got in for this Fall (evening program). I've got the FT job, husband, and kids too; it is going to be a busy couple of years. But I'm really happy to get the chance to go back to school.

Midwife question...Help
The twelve months are in lieu of a BSN. The Frontier program doesn't award a BSN. But yes, if you have an ADN you have to finish the bridge (12 months) before you can begin the MSN courses. Sorry if my post was misleading.

Midwife question...Help
Hi, I'm on the path to nurse-midwifery as well. :heartbeat The ADN to MSN bridge at Frontier is a twelve month program. After you complete the MSN program and pass the ACNM certification exam, you will be a certified nurse-midwife. Check out Frontier's website at www.midwives.org for more details about their specific program. Hope that helps!

Who is still waiting on admissions notifications?
I know how you feel - I'll be waiting too until early June.

Alamance Community College Fall 2009
Thanks for the replies! Surgicalbum, good luck to you too. DTCC PreRN, thanks for sharing that information with me. I applied a couple of years ago before I realized that they only admitted evening students every three years, and I've been taking classes every semester to stay enrolled. So hopefully my application date is early enough. I hope we both make it into ACC!

Alamance Community College Fall 2009
Hi, I'm a newbie here, waiting to see if I'll be accepted to Alamance CC's nursing program. I understand that letters will probably start going out in mid-June. Anyone else here who has applied? Also, any details about the program from current enrollees would be great. Thanks!
