    Do NOT use Fitzgerald if you want access to their online portal. Complete waste of money. Customer service has no idea how to solve the problems. Completed live course and planned to take exam 3.5 weeks later and utilize the online component during that time. However, the online component was down during that entire time. Nobody offered me any sort of refund.
