I had to do it my first semster of nursing school....it was part of our physical assessment" class we never got totally nude, stayed in underwear and bras and were only paired with the same sex....we worked with the same partner the whole semester and also tested with that partner at the end of the semester when we did the return demonstration of the exam at the end of the semster...

I took A&P I and Chem I in the same semester. Followed by A&P II and Chem II the following semster all while working FULL TIME! It was chaos but I just wanted all the pre-reqs DONE! Its do-able...good luck!

If i remember correctly, I had a 3.7 As in math As in english A&P I-A A&P II-B Micro-A Chemistry-B I pretty much had As and maybe a few Bs in the other courses I took (hist, psyc, sociology, nutrition, philosophy) good luck!

TrueBlonde2006: thanks for your input :-) I did drive by and check out all the apts on medical drive...promontory pointe was one of them. I LOVED it, but when i got back home and looked on apartmentratings.com they didnt have any good reviews! (thefts, vandalism, and excessive noise) Sorry I cant give you any input on your questions regarding how to register or the background check..but if i hear anything i will def. let you all know. but since i live so far away i'm always the last to know...i just rcvd my letter last thursday for goodness sake! :-D

lol @ "places within a 5ish minute drive" I've only been to SA once and that was to do the interview and take the TEAS. I dont think communting everday from Virginia is going to work out for me so I really appreciate you help on this! :-) price range really does not matter. and by "good" i mean not in a bad neighborhood or bad part of town. Since I'm not familar with the area and I will be living by myself, this is a biggie for me. I was looking at "villas at medical center" or "The Abbey at Grande Oaks" do you have any insight on those two places? you said there are places that are close to school but look old but alot of students live there....what places are those? thanks so much!

hi Miranda! A bit of info i rcvd from the school on Tuesday was...letters will be mailed AFTER 17 April.

Next week??????? They told us during our interview the letters would be mailed NLT the 3rd week in April and if we don't receive anything in the mail by May to give them a call. Who knows?

I had to do a personal interview for a school I applied to in Texas. I did that on Monday and have to wait about three more weeks to hear from them. Gosh, I didnt think I was gonna take it this hard, feeling rejected is not a good feeling!

lllchillylll... i'm glad i'm not the only one wondering!!!! i applied as well and havent seen anything in the mail as of today. the only correspondence i've rcvd so far from fsu was a letter from the "main" admissions office stating they needed proof of my foreign language requirement. (i actually rcvd that letter today and got excited because i thought it was gonna be "thee" letter i've been expecting ) other than, that nothing from the nursing department! i was thinking of writing to mr. hanowell on monday and asking him what's up!?!? :typing well let me know if you hear/see/get anything! and i will do the same. :cheers: keep in touch! omy

thanks for the quick reply pNp! I did purchase the TEAS study guide but my with my two classes right now and crazy work schedule, I only get to look over it on the weekends. I'm originally from Texas. :nmbrn: I guess if you still consider El Paso part of Texas. :-) and the weather here in VA is terrible! Its been COLD and raining since last Wednesday/Thursday?
