Hello! I am a LPN (new grad) I have been working at a nursing home for a couple days now and was just offered a job at a hospital to work On The pschy floor ...I would like to get someone opinion if it is better to work at a hospital and be on psych experience or to work at a nursig home What experimce would benefit me more in the long run? There are soo many choices in nursing and for a new grad everyone and their mother is shoving there on where they think you should work....I would like to know your two cents What was your first job as a Nurse? Do you think it was a smart move? What advice would you give to a young male trying to find his very first job in the medical field........:D:D thank you in advance for your thoughts :typing
