I am looking for a travel buddie as well and saw your post, did you have any luck. If so where did you look?
  3. I am hoping things work out for you. I know all to well that if your manager doesn't like you you won't be around long. This has happened to me. I am devastated, I am hoping that at my age I am still employable. I am 60 and was hoping to work for many more years. Let me know how you do.
  4. It is a business under which ever name your working for. There is a lot of competition out there for patients to go to which ever hospital they want. Of course you want your hospital to be the best and the one that everyone goes to. You should have pride in that, your care for patients reflects that. At our hospital many times patients tell us that don't want to leave or I have even heard "I feel like I am on vacation except for the pain."
