HI, I would tell you to look into a school that has a campus track as well as an on-line track. I am unsure what you have in the way of education, so your choices may be limited in which program you can enroll in. I have a Master's of Science in Forensic Nursing from Fitchburg State. I moved in order to enroll in the classes, but I have heard that they are moving to offer an on-line version of the program. You also want to look to see if the course is accredited by the National League for Nursing. I think you need to get the practicums under your belt, as it exposes you to what opportunities there are out there for Forensic Nurses, and many times will provide you with contacts that you can use to seek employment when you complete your courses.
