  1. you can find it at the QNC website, or click this link http://www.qnc.qld.gov.au/index.php?id=200 and ANMC website, click this link http://www.anmc.org.au/professional_standards Good luck guys..
  2. Hi, I pretty understand your case, but unfortunately, the council (Board of Nursing) won't accept such, same case with my friend who submitted same documents as yours. The council requires documents to be certified by a notary public, Australian embassy, Justice of Peace, but not DFA-red ribboned and the like. Refer to the council's website for further details regarding certification of documents, as this might delay your assessment process. Good luck.
  3. Yes, there are a few agencies here in the Philippines offering the CAS pathway, job assistance, and CAS review but it's too expensive, triple or quadruple the price compared when you apply on your own. And none of those few that I attended orientations with are POEA accredited (they are migration agents) so still, the choice is yours. Just bear in mind that application for the CAS is now nearing it's term so better hurry a bit.
  4. :-) If you have relatives in Melbourne, that would be an advantage coz you don't have to worry about your accommodation. However, you would also have to consider the available schedule of those participating institutions for the BP. You have options... Good luck.
  5. Hi, I suggest you lodge first your complete and correctly notarized documents and application to QNC. Be careful of how your documents are notarized (with the complete name, address and telephone number of the notary public) with the correct certification/notarization. The assessment from QNC takes time so It would be smart to lodge first your application (refer to QNC website for complete requirements) then review and take the stunning IELTS exam. Good luck.
  6. hi, have you taken your Part A test already? Reading recent posts here makes me really nervous and stressed out. Scary even. I hope we could all make it this December 9 (those who are scheduled)..
  7. hi, I'm scheduled to take the Part A test this December, I did all the application myself and I had no regrets of getting an agency coz the CAS administrators and staffs are so accommodating and answers queries promptly and detailed. I couldn't wait until July 2010 coz chances are, the change on the national registration might be either tedious and tougher or the other way around so I decided to just move on with my CAS pathway application and see what happens. All hopes, prayers, determination and of course being optimistic Good luck to all of us..
  8. that right, I too encountered this agency and inquired directly at POEA and was advised to just take the CAS pathway myself. Good luck to all of us.
  9. hi dear, my empathy.. but still I'd like to congratulate you for succeeding with the 2 subcategories... I sent you a private message, please help. Thanks
  10. hi everyone, anyone taking the exam this december 9 here in Makati? See you everyone.. Let's pray for each other:cry: I'm so nervous...
  11. hi, I suggest that you use the recommended books of CAS for your review, those used for the module pathway, too. Good luck..
  12. Hi, course descriptor is actually the BSN curriculum of your school containing all the subjects with their corresponding course code, especially when you attended more than 1 school in college. Theoretical Breakdown of Hours, take note, is not the same as the RLE coz RLE pertains to lab skills while theoretical breakdown pertains to the major subjects taken grouped accordingly. It's like the credential verification form of the CGFNS application. Your school can prepare one for you. QNC is becoming more strict to credential assessment now but we just have to complyGood luck.
  13. well, hehehe, in my case, I lodged my application Feb 25, received my acknowledgment March 5, received the assessment result June 8. Unfortunately, I have to send a breakdown of my thoretical hours from my school since I'm a second course. So I will. Tedious, lengthy process, but the fruit smells madnificent! P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E
  14. Ya, this was discussed to me by a prospective employer/sponsor that I applied with, so my target goal for now is to pass the challenge tests, have my QLD license and have it endorsed to NSW or Victoria. Being optimistic...not to go as far as July 2010.. (Crossing my fingers) good luck to all of us.
  15. right, ansm is a legitimate consultancy/migration agent but it's not registered with poea. one of the staff of poea that i phoned explained that this firm is legitimate to do migration consultancies but not with offering jobs because they are not registered wih poea to do so. that's the reason i and other 7 friends withdrawn from this firm because there is no job offer, as explained by poea. but this is still an individualized decision, it varies per peson, but in the long run.... good luck to all of us:coollook:
