    Hi guys, Can you tell me what the requirements are for applying to the actual college? (not the nursing) Do I apply as an upper division transfer student or a lower division? It doesn't specify in the website. Any thoughts? Because some cal states want upper division, and some want lower division so I don't want to complete too many and mess myself up. :) Any experience with this?
