  1. Hey guys, this is for the CRNA school not undergrad. Hope that helps some.
  2. Yep, I did the same thing and I got in this year to two programs. I mean I was in deeeeeep trouble after my first three years in school following engineering and partying. Our GPA's are sort of similar in respect to nursing and sciences. Get good experience in a CVICU/Recovery or ICU and make sure to get over the minimum score on the GRE/MAT. You will get interviews and you can explain yourself during the interviews. I received an interview to all 10 schools I applied to but only went on three interviews before being accepted to two of the schools. Good luck!!!
  3. Very sorry to hear this has happened to you, but you should go with what you want to do, not what other people advise you to do. If you wanted to become an FNP, why did you apply to CRNA school? You should go with what is going to make you happy...if it's CRNA, great...if it's FNP, awesome as well. Hope this helps...
  4. Congrat's to all who got in!!!! I found out as well yesterday and will be classmates with you all!!!! Can't wait to meet everybody!!!!
  5. Hi Longhorn, First of all, CONGRAT'S!!!!!!!!!!!! It's quite appropriate that an Aggie replies to your thread first, this is my first post as well...regardless, I too found out yesterday that I was accepted to UT's program. The emotions that I have felt in the past 24 hours cannot be described, but lets just say very excited!!! I work at Methodist in CVICU and have four other friends that will be joining me as well...all good people!!!!! Can't wait to start meeting our future classmates!!!!
