I'm taking Psych 101 as well. Yes, I agree it is tough but I'm going to try and hang in there. Those essays are killers!!! I could use a little support from anyone out there. Sometimes I get stumped and this brain freezes!! Anyone want to partner up?

Thanks for this valuable information! I am still trying to rectify my balance at my old college. I have tirelessly tried to contact them to make payment arrangements and have emailed them. I may have to take the same route you took with the online classes because I have a feeling that the old school is not going to release the transcript anytime soon. I am eligible for financial aid and did get the amount I was suppose to collect. I would really like to know the school that you attended that didn't require transcripts. Do you know of any schools in Missouri that do not require transcripts? When I found that out I did call the college but they were out for Christmas break and still are. I'm still working on it.

I'll be taking my courses at the wildwood branch in January...I live in Ballwin down the road from wildwood. I thought this would be easier since my kiddos are nearby if they got sick at school. Thanks for letting me know about Mrs. Vernon though...never know, I may have her on my roadto becoming a nurse.

Hi ladies! First of all I'm a newbie here and I think this is an awesome site!!! I have a question about transcripts and financial aid. First off, my transcripts have arrived at the community college I'm doing my nursing prereqs at. The college I was waiting on to send on the third one couldn't send the transcript to the college because I have a balance. I'm receiving financial aid but I'm really afraid they may make me pay for courses and books when I go back to get things cleared up with financial aid. They need to evaluate what I have taken over the years so I cn get my classes. I'm really nervous that things may not go right. Has anyone else ever been in this situation? Or do the colleges even get involved with balances?I couldve sworn I was at a zero balance when I left that college. I'm really excited about going back to school after 20 something years and I know that nursing is what I want to do. My kids are grown almost and it's time for me.
