:yeah:Toby there are web sites,dictionaries,Forums(such as this one),and articles here to name a few that you can find on the internet. If you take each section you are presented in class and resarch it on line you will not go wrong. Also try using the nursing process to make yourself a plan of care for what you are studying ( I know they are seemingly trudge work) however it will place in your mind the right ways to remember what to do when tested. :redbeathe you also may try to envision that you are standing in a room where the people who are testing you are nude. It works for people who give a speech and it may help you focus on the correct answer by calming you prior to each question. Remember the first answer you have pop in your head is usually the correct one. Do not change your answer with an after thought unless you are positive you know the answer is the one you are wanting to change it to.Oh, also when you are studying for an exam try to put a thought about how you feel about key points in your head by liking it to hmmmmmmmm say a football play or any other favorite past-time you may have. That works well also.... GOOD LUCK my friend.

I would like to see real reform in our healthcare system by the poeple who give the care. If Washington would listen to the Nurses,RT's,PT's,OT's,PA's,Nurse Prac's, MD's,DO's and then formulate a plan based on the PATIENT we would have a good starting point.:redbeathe

I honestly do not know any nurse that doesn't give the best care they are capable of giving. Our healthcare system has alot to be desired. There are alot worse. In a perfect world no mistakes would happen, however , we do not live in a perfect world do we?
