  1. Mercy offers night classes. Deadline for Spring 2011 is sometime in June. Good Luck.
  2. Maybe these young RNs should be reminded that patient care is 24 hours nonstop. They (the patient) don't have shifts.
  3. Def. know your stuff when you walk through the door. But remember, the most important job you have is patient care. Connecting with your patient. The patient is not a speciman in a lab, they are real people. I believe alot of us forget that.
  4. Hi everyone. First time poster. I just wanted to ask what do your CNAs do? I work on a floor where they do the the norm, such as beds, baths, cleaning patients,ice,drinks,etc. But they also do all the vitals, blood sugars, I/O's and they chart all in the computer. The reason I ask is that when we have PRN CNAs on the floor they all say each floor is different on what they let there CNAs do. So, what does your floors CNAs do? Poppy
