  1. Yea you too. What I seem to be finding is there are so many NICUs in the area but not really but the towns we are thinking of. Why are you moving out there?? Are you from Florida originally? I have been here 4 years and I have had enough. Lets keep in touch, new friends are nice to have in a new town. I am in Tampa now and I am looking at early summer too. Are you at a level 3 now? Which one? Becky
  2. I dont know, I like the area of Chandler, Mesa but I am thinking find a job first, then look for housing. There are just so many choices. Any recommedations??
  3. I hate NEC too. We dont see it that often but twice in the last month we have lost 5-6 week old grower/feeders to it. They had each started around 28 weeks but were doing fine just eating full feeds. Both got septic and when the surgery was done, the entire bowel was dead. We check residuals, measure the belly, check stools for blood, ect. They are fine one feeding, the next feeding the abdomen is distended beyond belief and then they die. I dont get it, these are GROWER/FEEDERS not some 25 week baby that is unstable. Very sad.
  4. Can anyone recommend a great NICU level 2 or 3 in phoenix. I am relocating there and the city is so big with so many hospitals I dont know where to start. Thanks
  5. I am open to Georgia, where specifically?? Thank you
