    I started my nursing career at Tulane and I've always really enjoyed working there. It is challengng and at times I've compared it to "combat nursing." Most travellers find it the most dfficult assignment they've had. But it's all about your expectations. I took an assignment with an agency last year and then went back to Tulane through their in house agency - All about staffing. The pay is $34-41/hr. They offered me a 3 month or 6 month assignment and a housing stipend of $1200/month. No benefits. They also accept travellers from different agencies but the pay is less competitive.
