I also agree on Manayunk. It's where a lot of young professionals live, it has a fun nightlife, and shopping on main street, i used to go to the gym there and loved it. I live in South Philly now, and there are some places here that are affordable, nice and safe, but that's all on a case to case basis. If you need anymore help, let me know!
I am thinking about applying for the CCP nursing program, and I have a few questions: I'm a little less than a year away from my BS in sociology, so I have all of the electives for the nursing program finished. I only need A&P and other core classes. When CCP looks at my transcripts, are they going to look at my cumulative GPA, or just the GPA for the classes that I need for the program. I was a bit of a wild one in my early college years, so my cumulative isn't steller, but all of the classes that I would be transferring for the nursing program are much higher. How big of a problem will that be? Also, how difficult is the program to get into? Thank you everyone for whatever help you can give me!
