  1. No problem, I had to look really hard to find those courses when I wanted to sign up. I'm taking med. terminology right now. LOTS of flashcards, but it's really a pretty easy class.
  2. Medical Terminology is HPRS 1206 I believe Pharmacology is under the same hedding, but a different number.
  3. The wait to get in is probably the worst part. Just remember that at this point you have done everything that you can do. I am taking the TEAS on Wednesday and that'll be it for me as well. I have two plans, A and B. Plan A is to get accepted for the Spring, plan B is to take more classes that will make me a better nurse in the future and improve my overall GPA. I am happy with either one. The best things in life are those that you work hard to get. You're almost there.....
  4. I took A&P II online last semester. It was certainly convenient, but you really must be very self motivated to learn all of the information. It is very easy to just make the grade and more difficult to learn what you really need to learn. I do think I would have gotten much more out of going to a live laboratory. You can do some of the experimenting at home with your specimen (a fetal pig) that you pick up at orientation, but it really isn't a good substitute for the live labs. Also, there is something to be said for listening to someone lecture about the information that you have read before class. In general, online classes are a great resource for those of us who may not be able to make it to a lecture/lab on campus due to work and family schedules. However, if you can make the class schedule fit, I would recommend the on campus classes. Mr. N2B
  5. I made it into *****'s online A&P II class as well. This'll be the 1st online class I've ever had, so I'm a bit apprehensive about it. I've set up specific times each week to work on this class and I'm hoping for the best. From what I understand we should do fine so long as we are somewhat "self" motivated. Good luck to you! -MrN2B
