I live in the bay area. Its difficult to find jobs now.

Does any1 know where they're hiring new grads in the SF bayarea??

Besides the Ca board of nursing asking for your transcripts. Did they ask any of you guys for your class schedule as well?? I thought they only asked for transcripts and breakdown curriculum.

I already sent my application w/ the fee and live scan in Sept. And my transcripts were sent this week Nov 9. And I'm just waiting for my ATT now. Should signup on Pearsons Vue and pay the $200 before I receive my ATT or should I wait?

I'm a US citizen graduated BSN from the Philippines. I'm in back home in California. The California Board of Nursing just received my transcripts this week. How many weeks or months till I receive my ATT?

If you can't get your Lic or Passport on time. I'd suggest rescheduling your date of examination.

Did you try the pearsons vue 2 check if you passed?? Also what state did you take the nclex?

I was wondering if I can join the Navy Nurse Corps even though I'm a foreign educated graduate from the Philippines. Even though I'm a US citizen. I was enlisted in the US Navy before as Corpsmen. Thanks

I went to school in the bay area. But due to schools having a waiting list I continued my education in the Philippines. Just graduated and going back this June. I miss the bay area. :wink2:

Graduating soon what is the average salary of an RN graduate in the San Francisco bay area???

I'm a US citizen studying nursing. And I'm graduating this March 2009. In my opinion its NOT worth staying in the PI because there's hardly anymore jobs for nurses or any other course. After graduation you'll just volunteer at the hospital. You even have to pay them so you can volunteer!!!! Most of the people here are going to college so they can get a job abroad. Not to stay here but to other countries to support themselves and their families.
