Where did you take your test? I took mine in California, and I got my result 3 weeks and 6 days later. Try to think positive...I wish you the best!:)

you should get your result in about 4 weeks. I took mine 10/1/08, I got my result 10/28/08. I got 85 questions, a lot of sata and meds. I thoght I flunk the test, but I PASSED. Shutting off at 85 questions is a good sign. Just try to relax, keep yourself busy to get your mind off of the test. I'll be praying for you. :)

Nervous and anxious? That's normal! Just try to relax and wait for the result. My classmate took her nclxpn 2 months ago, got 205 questions. She thought she failed the test, but the result said she "PASSED".

I didn't have any med calculation. I had 15 or so SATA and lots of pharmacology that I never heard before. I think I got the last 5 Qs wrong. I was 99% sure fail the test, but I still passed with 85 Qs. We never know untill we get the result.

They have both, generic and trade names. I took my test 4 weeks ago in California:nurse:

I studied Saunders (book and questions on CD). I read the book from page 1 to the last page. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I called hte CA BON today. The lady was so rude, she hung up the phone.

I'm sorry to hear the news. There is one in Sacramento. Go to www.hprovider.com I went to the class, but honestly, it didn't help me at all. I'm still waiting for my result, but I'm like 99.9% sure fail the test. I should get the result in mail this coming week, hopefully. Don't give up. Try to study again, my prayers with you!

Thanx tilapia...what book did you use? In case I don't pass the first time.

I called CA BON three days ago, the lady said they already sent out the result up to sept 29th. ugghhh....what takes them so long? I'm anxious, I think I fail, but again...I still want to see the result in my hand:redbeathe

I took my test in cali 2 weeks ago , shut off at 85, still waiting 4 result. The 1st week I was soo sick to my stomach, couldn't eat or sleep. Had 15 or so sata, whole bunches of pharmacology never heard of, no calculation, no lab values. Now...I'm just praying hope to pass the test, try to think positive. If I don.t pass....just take it again.
