  1. We mean the CPHM. (Typos of the weary!)
  2. My coworker studied on her own time. We're in Alaska and the company would not allow LWOP in order for her to attend a study session in the lower 48 [seattle or Portland]. She would have had to take personal leave plus all costs involved for attending it. McKesson was very slow in responding to any of her emails but they finally did. She passed on the first try though she found the exam a little trying. I'm glad starryrose had a better time with the test than my friend did but I believe starryrose has much more experience clinically than my friend does which is such a blessing.
  3. I'm sure you did great! A colleague took it recently and was afraid she did not pass as two of the questions were equally good answers in her opinion. She passed as we all knew she would. She had 10+ yrs in CM in an acute setting and has been UR now in hospital setting. She has encouraged me to just take the CCM through ANA and not this one as you really have to have heavy insurance experience for the CPHC exam. My CM experience is with DD nursing, Home & Community Based Waivers, and now with traumatic brain injury---none of which really give me a lot of insurance experience beyond Medicaid and Medicaid waivers. Hope to see a good post from you soon!
