Remember with IBR it is only for government loans private dont count and if you have those children with a husband, his income as well goes into your payment. Beside that is a good program/motivator to stay in school!

I have heard that PA has a CRNA surplus. I dont think any hospitals in the Philadelphia area at least are offering tuition.
