  1. You are not alone! Im a CNA transitioning to LPN & I hear the same thing . Its usually from disgruntled *FORMER*CNAs or MAs (which should tell you something!)I NEVER hear this from RNS/LPNS & DOCTORS! In fact Ive been encouraged by RNS & established LPNs & others in the Med.Field so,for me,thats been helpful to "brush off"the naysayers! PUT IT INTO PERSPECTIVE! Look at who is saying what & where they are coming from.YOU know whats best for YOU-stay strong!!!!!!!!!!
  2. THANK YOU ALL!!!!! I found the Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology only its now iTECH(Immokalee Tech.Institute or something) they have no web presence which is why I couldnt find them!!!!! Im going there Friday and going to Lee Tech tomorrow....Lets just hope I can pull off working AND school(once i find one I want & get in)!!!
  3. Thank You! Im trying to find out if the Lee County High Tech Center is for "grown ups" as the School Board is iffy on that! Im trying to stay as close to home as possible but theres NOTHING around here so Im frustrated(if gas wasnt so expensive it might not be such an issue!) EVERYWHERE else is full of programs but around theres nothing!!!:wink2:
  4. Im a licensed CNA/Certified Phlebotomist who wants to become a LPN(so I can then bridge to RN).I live in Fort Myers ,Florida(just relocated actually) I cannot find a LPN program near me!!!!
