  3. Hello, I am currently attending Lpn courses at Lanier tech in Oakwood Georgia.I have heard a lot of good things about wound care certification for Lnps.My question is can I become wound care certified without having worked in wound care before?I have been looking for information on it.From what have read most places what you to have at least two years experince, like the Wound care education Institute for example. Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
  4. I really can't say why they are the way they are.I have had plenty of teachers (not nursing) who were very kind, and left a lasting impression on me.I do think it is possible to be kind and stern at the same time. There is no need to belittle and humiliate anyone.I find that I just yes ma them all day long....lol.If it makes them feel good, so be it.I know what my goal is and I wouldn't let anyone get in the way of that.I will say this, once I am done with school I would not subject myself to the abuse in my place of business. But you are right beenwee there is no need for it.I mean we are supposed to be compassionate people in the feild.I think that compassion should also be found in the classroom.
