  1. Hi, I am an RN here in Perth WA and I'm wondering if there is any nursing agency that employs nurses without experience. I have finished my degree last Dec 2012 and until now I haven't found an RN job. I'm still working as a carer in a nursing home. I am desperately looking for work and I would even be willing to work as a volunteer or move interstate just to gain experience. I have applied many times to every facilities (nursing homes or hospitals, GP clinic) here in Western Australia, even in regional ones, but there's still no luck. My academic records are all distinctions during my studies but it didn't really help. Please help. Thanks a lot.
