  1. Hi there, I've been using it for a year now and have had no problems. It's cheap too!
  2. I do Jazzercise on my days off and I try to ride my bike to work. It's about a 20 minute bike ride for me. This of course wouldn't work for people who commute long distance, but it would work for some. I also do about 20 minutes of stretching every night right before bed.
  3. It's intimidating at first because you are expected to know so much, but honestly it all comes down to your preceptor. Unfortunately the preceptor can make or break your first experience in the hospital. I loved mine and learned so much from them. Within 3 months I felt really comfortable. Just keep reminding yourself that you're still learning and that there are people there to ask questions of. You don't have to know it ALL yet! :-) Be confident! Good luck!
